News 9.031 seconds over the ¼ mile New Personal Best time for the V-RODTop Fuel Championships, Willowbank Raceway — March 2011
Scott Keogh and the team from Players Showgirls Racing set a new Personal Best of 9.031 seconds at the 2011 Top Fuel Championships at Willowbank Raceway.
The Players Racing Team was looking to set a new ANDRA National record at the Top Fuel Championships held at Willowbank Raceway 25—26th March 2011.
Qualifying session showed promising results with a 9.031 second pass, just .032 of a second from a record setting pass! Unfortunately the clutch set up was not quite perfect but our new found power of 200 HP on the Dyno still led to a new Personal Best result of 9.031 seconds.
We will go back to the workshop and sort out the clutch and be prepared for the Castrol Edge Winternationals at Willowbank Raceway Friday the 10th – Monday the 13th of June, 2011.
The record is only a few hundredths away and we are aiming to hold the ANDRA Record for V/Competition Bike at this upcoming event.
